"Sofia’s incredible diligence was demonstrated daily. Whether Sofia was assisting a customer, training a new employee, or working on stock, she had a contagious positive energy each day. Sofia was eager to challenge herself learning new skills. She refused to became stagnant in the job.  Sofia’s customer service skills shine through especially when working with our Spanish speaking customers.  Sofia would always ensure customers would feel comfortable and confident during their experience at Journeys. She was committed to going above and beyond for her own sales, but she also was consistently involved in other associates sales as well.   

Sofia was an incredible asset to the team. She often demonstrated team commitment by team selling, one on one coaching, and weekly performance reviews. Sofia had also mastered delegation and empowerment. She understands the importance of staying on schedule and completing tasks in a timely manner. This is often done best by team work led by a strong leader, Sofia did this with ease.  Sofia’s positive attitude brought a comfort to the staff. They easily became attracted to her and often sought her out for professional and personal advice. Sofia has a very strong, wise inner spirit that will thrive in any environment.
